By accessing this website and booking a private tour or chauffeur service with AR Tours, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read them carefully before finalizing your booking.
1. Booking & Manual Confirmation
All bookings submitted through our website are **requests for reservation** and do not represent real-time availability. Your booking is only confirmed once our concierge team has contacted you (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) and sent a formal confirmation notice alongside a payment invoice.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices quoted on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.
- Base tour prices are quoted flat (covering up to 5 passengers inside the private vehicle).
- Payments must be settled prior to the date of service according to the instructions listed on your invoice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund rules are as follows:
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full (100%) refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the departure time are non-refundable.
- No-shows on the day of travel will be charged in full (100%).
4. Passenger Behavior & Vehicle Safety
We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Smoking, vaping, and the consumption of food are strictly prohibited inside all fleet vehicles. Any damage caused to the vehicle interior or exterior by passengers will incur a full repair and cleaning fee starting at $350 AUD.
5. Delays & Alterations
While we do everything possible to maintain scheduled timings, AR Tours is not liable for service delays caused by heavy traffic congestion, road closures, adverse weather conditions, or flight delays beyond our control. In such cases, your guide will alter the itinerary route to ensure passenger safety and convenience.
